A 39-lot residential subdivision delivered in two stages across 2022 and 2023. Earthworks and retaining first, full civil package the following year. Finished 2 months ahead of programme.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Stage 1 (2022): Earthworks and retaining wall construction

• Stage 2 (2023): Stormwater and wastewater drainage

• Utility installation

• Public roading

• Landscaping

• Internal concrete JOALs

Two-stage delivery across consecutive years means the earthworks scope has to be finished to a standard the civil package can build straight off, with no remedial work when the team returns. The handover between stages was clean.
